Alexander McQueen Men’s Underwear To Arrive In Stores In June.

Gucci Group, the owner of fashion house Alexander McQueen announced that one of the last projects Alexander McQueen was working on before he died in February was a men’s underwear collection that is to be launched in June. The men’s underwear collection will featuring the skull print we have all come to know and love, the designs were one of his final projects and are also inspired by some of the clothes from his last menswear offering.
Jonathan Akeroyd, McQueen chief executive officer, said: “The development of our menswear is a priority for us and expanding the diversity of products within the sector is mandatory.”
If you feel like treating your other half to something from this luxurious collection, you can choose from basic underwear, silk pajamas or loungewear for those lazy weekends at home. The price range for the collection will start at $52.50 for boxer briefs to $555.00 for silk jacquard pajamas. Even the packaging sounds gorgeous, as it features pictures of men’s torsos, shot in black and white by Alasdair McLellan.
The underwear collection will start to roll into Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus and Barney New York in mid-June.
